INGREDIENTS (serves 2 )Palm fruit / ice apple / nungu - 5 nos
Chilled milk - 1 cup
Sugar / condensed milk - 2 tbsp (according to your taste)
Cardamom powder - quarter tsp
Ice cubes (optional)
