CHICKEN BABY EGG FRY

Today am going to share a non-veg dish which is very popular and common in the southern part of India. Chicken baby egg fry recipe is very common to most of us, but still, some might be asking what is this???Is it egg yolk??? No.....it isn't....!!!!!...Chicken baby eggs are the unlaid eggs inside the chicken. It looks same like egg yolks and is a very delicious non-veg dish which is mostly curried or fried along with other edible chicken parts like chicken liver, chicken gizzard etc ...It can be purchased in bulk in most of the chicken stalls. So here is the recipe of unlaid chicken egg or chicken unlaid egg fry recipe

INGREDIENTS

Chicken baby eggs        -250 g
Tomato chopped            -1
Ginger garlic paste       -1 tbsp
Turmeric powder           - half tsp
Chilly powder               -1 tsp
Coriander powder         -1 tbsp
Crushed small onions    -6 nos
Pepper powder               -1 tsp
Salt
Oil


PREPARATION



  • Wash the baby eggs very gently and drain the excess water.
  • Marinate the baby eggs with chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, crushed small onions, and salt. Keep it aside for few minutes.
  • Then cook the marinated baby eggs in a cup of water.
  • Cook it over a medium-low flame until it becomes a thick gravy (about 8 to 10 minutes).
  • Now take a pan and heat oil (preferably coconut oil).
  • Put the cooked baby eggs in the hot oil and fry in a medium flame until done. 
  • Stir occasionally and finally add a teaspoon of pepper powder and stir-fry well.
  • Serve hot.
