INGREDIENTS

Mango     - 1, ripe, cubed
Onion      - 1, small, chopped
Cherry tomato - 3, chopped (deseeded tomato chopped can be used instead)
Capsicum / bell pepper  - chopped, quarter a cup
Lemon juice            - 2 tsp
Pepper powder      - 1 tsp
Sugar                    - quarter tsp
Salt                       - to taste
Red chili flakes     - quarter tsp
Olive oil               - 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

  • Add chopped onion, ripe mango, tomato and bell pepper in a bowl. Combine them together.
  • To this, add the seasonings lemon juice, pepper powder, sugar, salt, chili flakes, olive oil and then garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
