GRILLED CHICKEN THIGHS

GRILLED CHICKEN THIGHS

I always wonder why we go for deep fried chicken recipes. This grilled chicken recipe is very tasty and healthy . Still many of us prefer chicken fry recipes to serve for dinner. Grilled chicken thighs with garlic paste is my favorite combo. This spice-rubbed grilled chicken recipe is very simple to make and yet with simple ingredients. No mess chicken recipe, i must say. Those lazy evening i always prefer this dinner meal combo without even going for a second thought. You can also use chicken breast instead of chicken thighs but i personally prefer chicken thighs. As chicken breast is more thicker than chicken thigh you have to adjust the cooking time also. So do try this healthy way to enjoy chicken recipes.
