Spicy Chicken Chilly fry

Chicken                             -1 kg
Onion                                 -4 nos
Tomato                               -3 nos
Red chilly(remove seed)   -25 nos
Garlic    paste                     -2 tbsp
Vinegar                               -2 tsp
Coriander leaves

  • Slice the onion finely and marinate with salt . Then squeeze and drain the  water. Repeat  twice.Keep it aside.
  • Make a fine paste of red chilly .
  • Now marinate the chicken with garlic paste, red chiIy paste, vinegar and salt.  Keep it refrigerated for 2 hours.
  • Heat some oil and fry the onion till crispy.
  • Now fry chicken pieces.
  • In another vessel heat some oil and cook sliced tomato until it becomes a fine paste.  Add salt.
  • Now put the fried chicken to it and mix well for few minutes.
  •  Garnish with coriander leaves and fried onion.
